SorcerAI needed a public record, not another agency page

The old site sold generic automation while the actual work had moved into AI search, agent systems, QA, products, and a frankly unreasonable number of repositories.

The mismatch became the product problem. SorcerAI was presenting a narrow agency offer while the useful evidence lived in project repositories, system specifications, working products, and private research.

This rebuild makes the site a public record. Projects carry explicit status and evidence labels. Short notes can be published without pretending each thought deserves a white paper. Public GitHub activity is synchronized separately so machine activity never masquerades as authored insight.

The visual system stays simple: paper, ink, rules, and one signal color. The hard part is not adding decoration. It is deciding what deserves to be public.
